- Assist in the development and execution of the annual internal communication plan, encompassing global and local initiatives.
- Support the implementation of communication initiatives and events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage daily content creation and publication on the Intranet Company Portal and other internal channels.
- Produce, edit, and disseminate internal communication materials, coordinating with providers and adapting content to the audience.
- Contribute to the Employer Branding campaign by creating content for social media and collaborating with the Social Media and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Support operations related to the Intranet Company Portal, aiming for continuous improvement in communication processes.
- Organize and execute key internal communication events for employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to align objectives and act as a communication advisor.
- Align with Brand & Communication departments to ensure consistency in tools, content, and policies.
- Facilitate the development and use of internal tools to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Conduct analytics and surveys, generating reports for review and presentation to stakeholders.
- Studies in Media, Communication, or Writing.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Project management and event management expertise.
- Proficiency in communication and content management techniques and tools.
- Digital proficiency, including social media and digital channels.
- Experience with Content Management Systems and tools such as Microsoft O365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Change management capabilities.
- Data analysis and target segmentation skills.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
- Result-oriented with strong collaborative and customer orientation.
- Innovative and creative mindset with a focus on learning agility.
- Sensitivity to aesthetics, culture, and fine arts.

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Writing, or a related field.
