Bvlgari Industrial Controller

- Supervise and control the industrial performance of the site, implementing and continuously improving the industrial strategy.
- Responsible for reporting industrial performance, guiding budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with objectives and deadlines.
- Examine industrial activities, analyzing financial impact compliance with established processes, regulations, and site objectives.
- Conduct specific analyses, providing timely comparisons and commentary on variances, internal capacity, and absorption costs, implementing appropriate actions to achieve budget objectives.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with operational departments to define expected outcomes in line with site KPIs and annual performance goals.
- Develop corporate and local industrial reports and create ad-hoc reports to meet specific business needs, using financial metrics and KPI distribution to drive continuous improvement of current procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze and interpret industrial data to support decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data management, and pivot tables.
- Good command of the English language.
- Basic economic knowledge is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective team and internal client relations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and a propensity for continuous learning.
- Reliability and capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent studies.
