1. Supervise and control the industrial performance of the site, implementing and continuously improving the industrial strategy.
2. Responsible for reporting industrial performance, guiding budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with objectives and deadlines.
3. Examine industrial activities, analyzing financial impact compliance with established processes, regulations, and site objectives.
4. Conduct specific analyses, providing timely comparisons and commentary on variances, internal capacity, and absorption costs, implementing appropriate actions to achieve budget objectives.
5. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with operational departments to define expected outcomes in line with site KPIs and annual performance goals.
6. Develop corporate and local industrial reports and create ad-hoc reports to meet specific business needs, using financial metrics and KPI distribution to drive continuous improvement of current procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent studies.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Ability to analyze and interpret industrial data to support decision-making.
2. Basic knowledge of SAP.
3. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data management, and pivot tables.
4. Good command of the English language.
5. Basic economic knowledge is advantageous.
6. Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills for effective team and internal client relations.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and a propensity for continuous learning.
9. Reliability and capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent studies.
