- Prepare and review monthly and fortnightly payroll with the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the General Retail Award 2010 and implement changes as scheduled.
- Coordinate monthly superannuation payments and declare payroll tax.
- Manage payroll system administration and end-of-year financial requirements.
- Publish and manage recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Talent Connect.
- Screen and schedule interviews, managing candidate communications.
- Prepare digital employment contracts and onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
- Serve as System Administrator for the time and attendance system.
- Coordinate culture and team-building events.
- Ensure Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance and provide induction training.
- Lead WHS Committee meetings and manage workplace incidents.
- Experience within the HR field, particularly in administration and advising.
- Uncompromising standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to fulfilling key functions efficiently.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and resolve complex issues.
- High attention to detail.
- Payroll management and reporting.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.

- HR administration and system management.

Minimum of 5 years in the HR field, with a focus on administration and advising.
