1. Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes for internship positions, including conducting interviews.
2. Support HR management and maintain digital personnel files.
3. Draft internship certificates and employment documents.
4. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
5. Generate confirmation letters related to contract extensions, terminations, job changes, salary adjustments, development plans, and disciplinary actions.
6. Handle daily inquiries and streamline HR/administrative processes for efficiency.
7. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Pursuing or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources.
2. Initial experience through previous internships or student positions is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in German and English.
4. Strong interest in HR-related topics.
5. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to engage in all aspects of the role.
6. Trustworthy with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

1. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
2. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
4. Attention to detail, accuracy, and structured approach.
5. Motivation and self-initiative.
6. Flexibility.
