1. Manage recruitment processes independently, including defining needs with managers, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and proposing shortlists for various roles within the subsidiary, including retail and headquarters.
2. Oversee administrative personnel management, including integration, drafting, organizing, and processing various administrative documents.
3. Facilitate the integration, animation, and monitoring of the intern community.
4. Participate in ongoing HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) with a previous internship experience in an HR environment.

1. Dynamic, organized, and autonomous with strong proficiency in IT tools.
2. Initiative-taking, proactive, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in human resources.
