1. Autonomously manage recruitment processes, including defining needs with managers, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and proposing shortlists for various roles within the subsidiary, both in retail and headquarters.
2. Handle administrative personnel management, including onboarding, drafting, organizing, and processing various administrative documents.
3. Facilitate the integration, engagement, and monitoring of the intern community.
4. Participate in ongoing HR projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) with a prior internship experience in an HR environment.

1. Dynamic, organized, and autonomous with strong proficiency in IT tools.
2. Initiative-taking, proactive, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level with prior internship experience in a human resources setting.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2).
