Bvlgari HSE & Facilities Specialist

- Enhance facilities management at the Rome production site, assisting the HSE & Facilities Manager in developing procedures and control measures to align with planning and meet qualitative and economic targets.
- Plan periodic maintenance activities and manage requests from internal stakeholders regarding maintenance, renovation, and facility services.
- Supervise maintenance performed by vendors, including periodic shifts during site closures.
- Support the team in procurement and order management processes, providing technical information for service and maintenance contract renewals or new stipulations.
- Contribute to defining a new maintenance set-up for future site openings.
- Collaborate on ongoing procurement and Health, Safety, and Environment Management activities to ensure legal compliance and maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
- Degree in Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site facilities within production contexts
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of procurement processes and management of site services contracts
- Familiarity with ISO45001 and ISO14001 HSE management systems
- General knowledge of CAD tools and applications
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Problem-solving attitude
- Continuous improvement approach
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills
- Proactivity and drive for results
A minimum of 5 years in site facilities management within production environments is required.
Degree in Engineering is preferred.
