1. Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Calculate personnel data and prepare budgeting and cost reports related to HR.
3. Communicate regularly with the Mariotte HR team and provide necessary reports.
4. Assist the General Manager with HR-related legal matters.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and social insurance regulations.
6. Supervise and coordinate payroll processing and attendance management.
7. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
8. Create and manage salary offers for potential new hires.
9. Conduct, monitor, and evaluate in-house training programs and sessions.
10. Communicate HR-related information and updates to employees.

1. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Solid understanding of labor law and employment-related regulations.
3. Fluency in English and business proficiency in Japanese.
