Bvlgari HR Manager

- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Calculate personnel data and prepare budgeting and cost reports related to HR.
- Communicate regularly with the Mariotte HR team and provide necessary reports.
- Assist the General Manager with HR-related legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and social insurance regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate payroll processing and attendance management.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Create and manage salary offers for potential new hires.
- Conduct, monitor, and evaluate in-house training programs and sessions.
- Communicate HR-related information and updates to employees.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of labor law and employment-related regulations.
- Fluency in English and business proficiency in Japanese.
