1. Design and implement leadership and talent development programs.
2. Manage the performance appraisal process and performance improvement plans.
3. Participate in assessment and development centers.
4. Conduct career interviews.
5. Ensure data quality and coverage in the talent management system.
6. Develop audits to identify training needs and design learning offerings.
7. Schedule, organize, and monitor training events and sessions.

1. At least 7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruiting, talent development, learning, or business partner activities.
2. Master’s degree.
