1. Design and implement leadership and talent development programs.
2. Manage the performance appraisal process and performance improvement plans.
3. Participate in assessment and development centers.
4. Conduct career interviews.
5. Ensure data quality and coverage in the talent management system.
6. Develop audits to identify training needs and design learning offerings.
7. Schedule, organize, and monitor training events and sessions.
8. Design, implement, and analyze internal surveys.
9. Manage relationships with internal clients.
10. Support company and group employer branding initiatives.

1. At least 7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruiting, talent development, learning, or business partner activities.
2. Master’s degree.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

5. Quality and improvement orientation.

7. Strong teamwork capabilities.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant HR role, with a focus on recruiting, talent development, or learning.

Master’s degree required.
