1. Design and manage leadership and talent development programs.
2. Conduct assessment and development centers, including web assessments, role-playing, tests, and interviews.
3. Oversee the 360-degree feedback process.
4. Consolidate and analyze exit interviews and surveys.
5. Conduct career interviews.
6. Ensure data integrity and quality within the talent management system.
7. Develop audits to identify training needs and create targeted training programs.
8. Manage the Bulgari Learning offerings, including soft skills, behavioral, and leadership training.
9. Organize and schedule training events, ensuring efficient classroom management and feedback collection.
10. Monitor talent and development KPIs through statistical analysis.
11. Design, implement, and analyze internal surveys.
12. Oversee construction, monitoring, and budget control.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Master’s degree.
3. Proficiency in assessment methods.
4. Coaching and counseling skills.
5. Certification in personality test evaluations.

7. Fluency in Italian and English.
