Bvlgari HR Administration and Payroll Specialist

- Manage payroll variables such as sales commissions and sick leaves.
- Collaborate with payroll service providers to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory declarations including DSN, apprenticeship tax, and others.
- Coordinate monthly payroll entries with the accounting department.
- Order meal vouchers and manage quarterly charge payments.
- Draft employment contracts and other contractual documents.
- Facilitate the administrative integration of new employees, including personnel files and insurance affiliations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and personal files.
- Process monthly employee exits and related documentation.
- Generate monthly HR reports and KPIs.
- Integrate new employees into the HR information system and update it for any changes.
- Participate in the annual salary review and assist in compensation analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to compensation studies as requested by Bvlgari Italy or LVMH.
- Higher education in HR or accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in payroll management.
- Proficiency in payroll software (CEGEDIM preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Operational command of the English language.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Higher education in Human Resources or Accounting.
