1. Manage payroll variables such as sales commissions and sick leaves.
2. Collaborate with payroll service providers to ensure accurate payroll processing.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory declarations including DSN, apprenticeship tax, and others.
4. Coordinate monthly payroll entries with the accounting department.
5. Order meal vouchers and manage quarterly charge payments.
6. Draft employment contracts and other contractual documents.
7. Facilitate the administrative integration of new employees, including personnel files and insurance affiliations.
8. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and personal files.
9. Process monthly employee exits and related documentation.
10. Generate monthly HR reports and KPIs.
11. Integrate new employees into the HR information system and update it for any changes.
12. Participate in the annual salary review and assist in compensation analysis and reporting.
13. Contribute to compensation studies as requested by Bvlgari Italy or LVMH.

1. Higher education in HR or accounting.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in payroll management.

1. Proficiency in payroll software (CEGEDIM preferred).
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Operational command of the English language.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Higher education in Human Resources or Accounting.
