1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies for High Jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
2. Oversee the allocation and distribution of High Jewelry pieces across boutiques, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
3. Monitor sales performance and implement actions to maximize stock optimization within the boutique network.
4. Liaise with Marketing teams to provide feedback on product performance and client preferences, highlighting specific stock requirements.
5. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to define guidelines for each boutique and ensure consistency in visual presentation across all retail points of sale.
6. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
7. Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely market deliveries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business is preferred.
2. Proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury/fashion or High Jewelry sector.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

5. Fluency in English.
6. Excellent knowledge of Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury/fashion or High Jewelry sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business is preferred.
