Bvlgari High-End Watches Merchandising Specialist

- Implement merchandising strategies for High-End Watches collections, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
- Oversee the allocation and distribution of High-End Watches across boutiques, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to define guidelines for each boutique and ensure consistency in visual presentation.
- Monitor and prioritize daily market requests related to product availability and sales support, ensuring swift and consistent responses.
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to maximize stock optimization in the boutique network.
- Review and analyze weekly delivery schedules from the Watch Business Unit, communicating relevant changes to Markets and Sales Teams.
- Coordinate maintenance and refurbishment activities on High-End Watches, ensuring timely reallocation.
- Oversee product allocation to Business Partners following events or fairs, ensuring efficient distribution according to availability and priorities.
- University degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably within the watch sector and in roles supporting sales or commercial operations.
- Strong planning and project management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on the watch sector and roles supporting sales or commercial operations.
University degree in Business Management or a related field.
