Bvlgari High-End Training & Community Specialist

- Animate and inspire the High-End sales community to maintain focus on the HE business and foster a sense of belonging.
- Analyze the performance of the HE sales community to assess success, identify gaps, and define areas for improvement.
- Monitor the HE sales community's performance globally in collaboration with local markets to support community development.
- Organize and prepare bi-annual meetings to review HE sales community plans and budgets.
- Produce and share insightful content on creations, collections, key events, best practices, auction news, and industry updates on digital platforms.
- Manage the internal High-End Community social media account, posting dynamic and engaging content.
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering HE training programs, including preparation of materials and coordination with stakeholders.
- Master the retro-planning and organization of HE training sessions.
- Conduct competitor benchmark analysis and define Bulgari's key selling points.
- Contribute to the training budget definition and ensure its control.
- Manage a network of external suppliers for training content and tools.
- Support the HE training team with operational tasks.
- University degree in business, communications, or marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within an international environment.
- Gemstone knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in High Jewelry or Jewelry marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Project management, planning, and organization.
