1. Support the definition and implementation of client targeting strategies for both existing and new clients, closely collaborating with market teams.
2. Coordinate attendance and sales target definition for international high-end events.
3. Contribute to the design, planning, and coordination of exclusive high-end client events in partnership with central and local stakeholders to ensure an elevated client experience and meet sales targets.
4. Coordinate international client participation in high-end events, from driving the client selection process to conducting post-event analysis.
5. Analyze top client data and event performance to inform future event planning.
6. Develop and promote market adoption of new methodologies, processes, and tools.
7. Monitor competitors’ activities related to high-end events and provide insights to enhance strategies.
8. Lead global ad hoc high-end clienteling projects to ensure the development of the high-end client database.

1. University degree in Business Management or a related field.
2. 6-7 years of experience in a luxury environment.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury environment.
