1. Define and implement the High Jewelry and High-End Watches (HJ/HEW) strategy across Greater China.
2. Manage and develop the high-end client portfolio to drive turnover.
3. Lead the development and growth of the HJ/HEW sales team and talent pool.
4. Enhance client relations and grow the High-End Club community.
5. Support store animation and event implementation.
6. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams.
7. Act as a brand ambassador delivering service at the highest level of excellence.

1. Educated to degree level or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

1. Solid knowledge and experience in VIP client management, preferably in the jewelry, watch, or related luxury industry.
2. Expertise in selling skills for luxury products.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen.
4. Project management and influence skills.
5. Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
6. Commercially and strategically aware, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
7. Cross-culturally sensitive and self-sufficient.

Minimum 10 years of experience in high-value client management and luxury sales.

Degree level or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
