Bvlgari High-End Client Development Manager

- Leverage client portfolio analysis to establish local clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategy at the country level.
- Oversee the creation of personalized annual development plans for clients, utilizing all touchpoints including online-to-offline (O2O), gifting, events, and both in-store and out-of-store activities for top high-end segments.
- Organize client portfolio reviews for top clients, new buyers, and lapsed buyers at the country level to develop robust action plans.
- Develop clienteling action plans by market and store type (Temple, Flagship, Seasonal) to expand the high-end client portfolio, focusing on priority client clusters.
- Ensure achievement of main high-end clienteling targets and KPIs at market, store, and high-end client management levels within the country.
- Manage the high-end client database, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Accurately manage and allocate the clienteling budget.
- Build relationships with high-end clients, acting as an ambassador for Bulgari's high-end creations.
- University degree from a leading institution.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in plan implementation with attention to detail.
- Strong influencing skills and negotiation capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in relationship building.
- Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with retail and marketing teams.
- Strong business development skills in acquiring high-net-worth customers.
- Outgoing, sociable, and well-groomed.

A minimum of 10 years of sales management experience in a renowned jewellery company.
University degree from a leading institution.
