1. Drive and generate turnover through the definition, budgeting, and implementation of the High End (HE) clienteling strategy, targeting both existing and new clients through elevation, retention, conversion, and recruitment/networking.
2. Leverage client portfolio analysis to set global clienteling objectives and priorities.
3. Oversee the management of the HE client database to ensure data accuracy and quality; collaborate with Central CRM, IT & Data Compliance teams to optimize the HE client portfolio management ecosystem.
4. Instill a structured, client-centric mindset within the global team, focusing on building long-term relationships with HE clients.
5. Partner with relevant stakeholders at both global and local levels to define and coordinate exceptional international and local experiences for HE clients.
6. Develop 'go to market' and follow-up capacity to ensure effective clienteling action plans on priority client clusters and individualized client journey plans at market level.
7. Work on market adoption of new methodologies, processes, and tools.
8. Define the right client targeting and drive the client selection process for international events.
9. Act as a key stakeholder in the design of international HE events, ensuring elevated client experience and alignment with client expectations.
10. Regularly review top HE client data and event performance to inform future event planning.

1. University degree in Business Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context.
3. Previous experience with Asian markets is advantageous.
4. Strong project management skills and experience.
5. People management experience.
6. Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
