Bvlgari High End Client Development Director

- Drive and generate turnover through the definition, budgeting, and implementation of the High-End (HE) clienteling strategy, targeting both existing and new clients.
- Leverage client portfolio analysis to set global clienteling objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the management of the HE client database to ensure data accuracy and quality, partnering with Central CRM, IT & Data Compliance teams.
- Instill a structured, client-centric mindset within the global team, focusing on building long-term relationships with HE clients.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to define and coordinate exceptional international and local experiences for HE clients.
- Define the right client targeting and drive the client selection process for international events.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the design of international HE events, ensuring elevated client experience and alignment with client expectations.
- Regularly review top HE client data and event performance to inform future event planning.
- University degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proven experience in client development, preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context.
- Previous experience with the Asian market is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in client development, preferably in the luxury and/or jewelry sector.
University degree in Business Management or related field.
