Bvlgari High-End Business Development Specialist

- Support the analysis of High Jewelry and High-End Watches business performance, focusing on sales and client portfolio.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to update and segment the High-End client database.
- Assist boutiques with client targeting for events and in-store activations, evaluating client potential.
- Provide operational support to High-End Client Advisors in collaboration with Store Managers for client activations.
- Guide and monitor client initiatives, ensuring quality standards and maximizing ROI.
- Support the organization and logistics of local and international High-End events with the Marketing team.
- Coordinate the collection and management of client lists, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with Accounting for event-related administration.
- Collect data on High Jewelry and High-End Watches performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Monitor the effectiveness of commercial actions.
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, CRM, event management, or clienteling.
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high accuracy.
- Experience in reporting analysis and planning.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools).
- Client orientation and understanding of client management nuances.
- Commercial sensitivity and understanding of the luxury sector.
