Bvlgari High-End Business & Client Development Director

- Define and implement High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie events and sales strategies in collaboration with central departments and the Commercial VP.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie products, focusing on sales performance, target achievement, and client portfolio management.
- Utilize client portfolio analysis to establish local clienteling objectives, adapting central strategies to local needs.
- Oversee the creation of personalized annual client journey plans, leveraging various touchpoints such as online-to-offline interactions, gifting, events, and both in-store and out-of-store activities.
- Ensure achievement of key clienteling targets and KPIs at market, store, and High-End Client Management levels within the region.
- Approve product assortment proposals for each area, considering key locations, product types, and availability duration.
- Supervise network requests and special orders, providing strategic sales directions.
- Lead and mentor the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie team, offering guidance, coaching, and training.
- Drive and monitor the High-End Club's performance, implementing actions to motivate and enhance group performance.
- Cultivate relationships with high-end clients, serving as an ambassador for Bulgari's luxury creations.
- Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Expertise in VIP client management, preferably within the luxury jewelry or watch industry.
- Proficiency in luxury product selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a robust business acumen.
- Project management and influence skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Commercially and strategically aware, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Self-sufficient and proactive.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the luxury jewelry, watch, or related luxury industries.
Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
