- Define and implement the strategy for High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie events and sales planning in collaboration with central departments and the Commercial Vice President.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie, focusing on sales performance, target achievement, channel management, and client portfolio development.
- Utilize client portfolio analysis to establish localized clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategies to meet local needs.
- Oversee the creation of personalized annual client journey plans, leveraging all touchpoints including online-to-offline, gifting, events, and both in-store and out-of-store activities for top-tier clients.
- Ensure that key clienteling targets and KPIs are achieved at market, store, and High-End Client Management levels within the region.
- Review and approve product assortment proposals for each area or country, considering key locations, product types, and availability duration.
- Supervise network spot requests and special orders, providing strategic sales direction.
- Lead and develop the High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie team, offering guidance, coaching, and training to enhance performance.
- Drive and monitor the High-End Club's results, implementing actions to motivate and improve the group's performance.
- Foster relationships with high-end clients, serving as an ambassador for Bulgari's high-end creations.
- Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the jewelry, watch, or related luxury industries.
- Expertise in selling luxury products.
- Proficiency in high-value client management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Project management and influence skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in VIP client management within the luxury sector is required.
Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
