Bvlgari Heritage & Exhibitions Project Manager

- Lead and manage Brand Heritage Exhibition and Art & Patronage projects from concept to execution, ensuring comprehensive oversight including cost monitoring, time management, and quality control.
- Coordinate creative concepts with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective action plans as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenance and restoration services at Bvlgari Condotti Store (Domvs).
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with museums, location representatives, and Italian and international institutions, including embassies.
- Manage exhibitions with a focus on building relationships with key Contemporary Art institutions.
- Coordinate communication materials, digital tools, and event activities in collaboration with Marketing & Communication departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Security, Logistics, Legal, and Finance & Administration to ensure seamless project execution.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in event and exhibition management, preferably within luxury and fashion brands.
- Degree in Architecture or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of museum networks, competitors, archives, and collections.
- Proficiency in art history.
- Experience with digital tools and digital project management.
- Strong project management, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
