Bvlgari Head of Supply Chain

- Steer Supply Chain and Distribution strategy to align with business objectives and support company results for assigned product categories.
- Translate strategy into a Supply Chain evolution roadmap to ensure innovation and address new business challenges.
- Lead cross-functional communication with top management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities.
- Elaborate a 3-Year Plan and budget for Supply Chain drivers, monitoring costs and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with central supply chain and distribution planning teams by sharing sales trends and allocation focus.
- Monitor new launches, store openings, and service levels to react to market trends with appropriate planning.
- Perform joint forecasting for novelties and align with the merchandising team.
- Ensure WOS target by performing monthly rolling forecasts for receipts in China.
- Lead S&OP process by providing sales and stock trends to align stock actions with finance, merchandising, and GM.
- Cooperate with Merchandising to evaluate impacts of assortment changes on Target Stock Level.
- Define buyback proposals and rebalancing guidelines in cooperation with local merchants.
- Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs and manage performance reviews.
- Promote continuous Supply Chain process improvements and IT applications evolution.
- Ensure compliance is prioritized in all business activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge of supply chain and distribution models
- Proficiency in planning and inventory management techniques
- Familiarity with warehouse management models
- Understanding of Supply Chain service providers
- Quantitative data analysis
- Proficiency in IT Applications (SAP, Excel)

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree or higher
