1. Steer Supply Chain and Distribution strategy to align with business objectives and support company results for assigned product categories.
2. Translate strategy into a Supply Chain evolution roadmap to ensure innovation and address new business challenges.
3. Lead cross-functional communication with top management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities.
4. Elaborate a 3-Year Plan and budget for Supply Chain drivers, monitoring costs and proposing corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with central supply chain and distribution planning teams by sharing sales trends and allocation focus.
6. Monitor new launches, store openings, and service levels to react to market trends with appropriate planning.
7. Perform joint forecasting for novelties and align with the merchandising team.
8. Ensure WOS target by performing monthly rolling forecasts for receipts in China.
9. Lead S&OP process by providing sales and stock trends to align stock actions with finance, merchandising, and GM.
10. Cooperate with Merchandising to evaluate impacts of assortment changes on Target Stock Level.
11. Define buyback proposals and rebalancing guidelines in cooperation with local merchants.
12. Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs and manage performance reviews.
13. Promote continuous Supply Chain process improvements and IT applications evolution.
14. Ensure compliance is prioritized in all business activities.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Fluency in both English and Chinese

3. Familiarity with warehouse management models
4. Understanding of Supply Chain service providers

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading supply chain management.
