1. Assist in executing the VIP Dressing process, including proposing products and creating customized lookbooks for celebrity stylists, influencers, and socialites.
2. Manage sample trafficking and logistics for major global events such as Awards Season, Key Film Festivals, Brand Events, and product launches.
3. Support the VIP gifting process and coordinate necessary market contacts.
4. Aid in the production and distribution of press materials across the Bulgari PR network, ensuring alignment with business unit needs and global marketing guidelines.
5. Support budget monitoring and administration, including tracking and reconciling expenditures against defined budgets.
6. Conduct systematic reporting on Influencer Marketing and Celebrity initiatives, tracking KPIs and calculating EMV and ROI.
7. Generate comprehensive post-event recaps with detailed analytics.
8. Nurture professional relationships with talent representatives and provide VIP personal assistance for event logistics.

1. Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Demonstrable understanding of budgeting principles and financial reporting techniques.

1. Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with proficiency in creating visually compelling documents.
2. Familiarity with communication techniques, tools, platforms, and digital channels.
3. High proficiency in IT applications, specifically MS Office Suite and reporting/analytics tools.

Beginner level experience in a related field, with a focus on communication and marketing.

Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
