Bvlgari German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

- Identify and generate sales leads through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via various communication channels including calls, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring a 'Wow factor' experience.
- Adhere to departmental KPIs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide daily feedback to the Head of Department on emerging issues.
- Document all client interactions using CRM software.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential negative impacts on customer experience.
- Participate in rotational Saturday shifts as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in an additional EU language is advantageous.
- Proven track record in luxury sales and client relationship management.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales and support environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
Minimum of 3 years in sales and client relationship roles within the luxury or exclusive brand sector, with a preference for retail or e-commerce experience.
