Bvlgari General Services & Facility Contract Coordinator

- Identify and address potential issues and enhancement areas within the General Services & Facility department to elevate service levels for Italian offices and boutiques.
- Manage and oversee contracts related to maintenance, cleaning, vehicle leasing, courier services, catering, stationery, energy, and property relations.
- Supervise ongoing contracts to ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the purchasing process within the General Services & Facility scope, providing actionable feedback.
- Evaluate received materials and services for compliance with purchase orders prior to authorizing payments.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external auditing entities to ensure contractual deadlines are met, including energy certification and environmental reporting.
- Coordinate the General Service budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with established targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to develop a supplier evaluation model based on quality standards, service levels, and costs.
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in contract and purchase order management
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering
