1. Conduct comprehensive gemological analysis of various gemstones, both loose and mounted, using standard and advanced instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Stay informed on gemstone-related issues through global Gemological Institutes and online resources to ensure accurate analysis.
3. Provide technical and certification support to global stakeholders via a dedicated application.
4. Propose and implement strategies to optimize analysis and certification lead times.
5. Prepare detailed reports on gemological analysis outcomes.
6. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Gem Lab Team.

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in gemological analysis or selection within a Gem Lab or Jewelry Brand.
2. Possession of a complete Gemologist Diploma, including Diamond and Colored Stones specialization.
3. Familiarity with international certification rules and institutions.
4. Experience in mounted gemstones analysis and pavé selection.
5. Proficiency in advanced gemological instruments.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
3. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
6. Excellent organizational skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a Gem Lab or Jewelry Brand.

Complete Gemologist Diploma (Diamond/Colored Stones).
