Bvlgari Finance Manager

- Oversee daily and monthly financial monitoring, ensuring accurate P&L management and accounting.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, providing detailed variance analysis to leadership.
- Collaborate with local and New York accounting teams to ensure proper recording of financial entries and communicate necessary reclassifications.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, partnering with corporate teams to understand and manage costs.
- Drive financial planning initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Serve as the primary financial contact in Mexico, enhancing financial acumen and efficiency.
- Establish and improve internal financial controls and processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term financial planning and strategy.
- Provide financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee training programs to enhance financial acumen across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Advanced skills in financial data manipulation and information systems, particularly Excel.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years in finance, with a preference for experience in the retail or luxury sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
