1. Oversee daily and monthly financial monitoring, ensuring accurate P&L management and accounting.
2. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, providing detailed variance analysis to leadership.
3. Collaborate with local and New York accounting teams to ensure proper recording of financial entries and communicate necessary reclassifications.
4. Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, partnering with corporate teams to understand and manage costs.
5. Drive financial planning initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
6. Serve as the primary financial contact in Mexico, enhancing financial acumen and efficiency.
7. Establish and improve internal financial controls and processes.
8. Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term financial planning and strategy.
9. Provide financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
10. Oversee training programs to enhance financial acumen across departments.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
3. Advanced skills in financial data manipulation and information systems, particularly Excel.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
