1. Oversee all financial, administrative, fiscal, legal, and risk management activities for Bulgari Ireland.
2. Ensure trade compliance for all physical and financial flows in collaboration with corporate financial teams.
3. Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of financial data, managing relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
4. Drive internal control processes, ensuring completion of testing and corrective actions as per corporate guidelines.
5. Consolidate analysis results and provide recommendations for stakeholders from non-financial backgrounds.
6. Support strategic and tactical initiatives to drive Bulgari Ireland's future direction.
7. Define guidelines to support and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans for the Global Supply Chain.
8. Improve the timeliness and accuracy of cash flow management and oversee billing and collection processes.
9. Provide support in achieving business goals, drive planning processes, and monitor organizational performance.
10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, improving administrative, finance, reporting, and budget processes.

1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
2. Previous experience in a large, complex organization is advantageous
3. Strong financial planning and analysis experience
4. Strong accounting background with expertise in Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
5. Good knowledge of internal control rules and trade compliance procedures
6. Experience in producing reports and financial statements
7. Budget monitoring and cost analysis experience
8. Knowledge of Irish legal and tax framework is a plus
