Bvlgari Finance Director

- Oversee all financial, administrative, fiscal, legal, and risk management activities for Bulgari Ireland.
- Ensure trade compliance for all physical and financial flows in collaboration with corporate financial teams.
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of financial data, managing relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
- Drive internal control processes, ensuring completion of testing and corrective actions as per corporate guidelines.
- Consolidate analysis results and provide recommendations for stakeholders from non-financial backgrounds.
- Support strategic and tactical initiatives to drive Bulgari Ireland's future direction.
- Define guidelines to support and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans for the Global Supply Chain.
- Improve the timeliness and accuracy of cash flow management and oversee billing and collection processes.
- Provide support in achieving business goals, drive planning processes, and monitor organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, improving administrative, finance, reporting, and budget processes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Previous experience in a large, complex organization is advantageous
- Strong financial planning and analysis experience
- Strong accounting background with expertise in Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Good knowledge of internal control rules and trade compliance procedures
- Experience in producing reports and financial statements
- Budget monitoring and cost analysis experience
- Knowledge of Irish legal and tax framework is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or French is a plus
