Bvlgari Finance and Administration Manager

- Oversee accounting team in areas such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Inter-Company Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Manage sales commission calculations and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Conduct SYRUS reporting and control/analysis of monthly performance to Corporate, including Budget/Revision1 and Revision2 cycles.
- Handle lease accounting (IFRS 16), cash flow projections, and cash flow controls.
- Ensure internal controls and E&C, cost controls, and optimization of operational spending.
- Administer the procurement system (IVALUA).
- Track audit schedules and manage auditors’ requests and queries for audited accounts finalization.
- Oversee GST, withholding tax, corporate tax reporting and filing, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Manage dividends and repatriation.
- Conduct company secretarial activities, liaise with legal on lease agreements, and review contracts with business vendors/partners.
- Coordinate with IT and support functions for new store openings and implement new functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety regulations and provide WHS training.
- Lead WHS Committee meetings and manage workplace incidents.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business
- Experience with Group Reporting and Tax compliance
- Uncompromising professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Technology savvy with SAP experience
- Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Proactive approach to prioritizing and efficiently fulfilling key functions
- Ability to handle ambiguity and resolve complex issues
- High attention to detail
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business is required.
