- Coordinate and oversee the development of the firm's budget and periodic revisions, ensuring data consistency and initial aggregation before corporate submission.
- Assist Country Managing Directors and management teams in executing budgeting and reporting activities.
- Conduct periodic analysis comparing actual results to budget across all economic dimensions, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Support other Finance & Accounting teams in achieving timely and accurate financial closings, adhering to Group and Local Accounting Principles.
- Generate reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and quantity in system databases align with business needs.
- Continuously update cost and profit center structures of managed companies.
- Analyze project profitability and prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with the Corporate IT department to implement new functionalities supporting budgeting and reporting processes.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and act as a financial advisor to local management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging automation and advanced analytics tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and reporting techniques
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in IT applications including SAP, Power BI, BW, and Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and financial modeling tools
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High level of business awareness and strategic thinking
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver under pressure
