Bvlgari ESG Due Diligence Specialist

- Coordinate supplier due diligence processes across all business units, ensuring alignment with ESG and compliance standards.
- Collect, consolidate, and monitor supplier-related data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track ESG performance and due diligence progress.
- Act as a key user for corporate due diligence tools, resolving system-related queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Support supplier classification and clustering by category, geography, and risk level.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of standardized procedures to enhance operational consistency.
- Assist in the development of digital tools and reporting systems for automation and data integration.
- Support annual ESG and due diligence reporting cycles, validating data.
- Serve as an interface between central Sustainability & CSR, LVMH, and business units, promoting effective communication.
- Provide analytical input to social and environmental governance initiatives.
- Promote process awareness and capability building across teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in due diligence processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supplier risk management, compliance, or procurement within multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages such as French are advantageous.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in business intelligence tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Process orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to translate complex ESG and compliance requirements into actionable guidance.
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in evolving environments.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supplier risk management, compliance, or procurement within multinational organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
