Bvlgari EC Traffic Acquisition and Performance Manager

- Oversee the acquisition of e-commerce channel traffic through strategic paid media investments and platform negotiations.
- Ensure efficiency in performance media and consumer strategy across e-commerce channels to maximize ROI.
- Manage the e-commerce media budget with a focus on recruitment and conversion for all e-commerce channels.
- Diagnose the consumer funnel to enhance traffic quality and quantity throughout the consumer journey.
- Engage in strategic planning and negotiation with third parties for resource exchanges.
- Coordinate internal resources across marketing, merchandising, and content teams.
- Optimize daily performance metrics.
- Develop and implement consumer targeting strategies across various e-commerce channels.
- Monitor consumer profiles and performance, consolidating insights with the CRM team.
- Collaborate with key platforms such as Tmall, JD, and Tencent on consumer targeting projects.
- Optimize and implement targeting methodologies on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the digital team to establish dedicated consumer targeting strategies for e-commerce.
- Work closely with e-commerce merchandising and content teams on strategy execution.
- Forecast and control the e-commerce media budget within the profit and loss framework.
- Prepare the annual budget book and track budget spending regularly.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in office software, with excellence in Excel.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong integrity and a critical, creative mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the e-commerce field. Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred. Proficiency in third-party platform performance management is essential. Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of ISV tools are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
