Responsibilities
- Manage the E-commerce media budget focusing on recruitment and conversion for all E-commerce channels.
- Diagnose consumer funnel to increase traffic quality and quantity throughout the consumer journey.
- Strategic planning and negotiation with third parties for resource exchanges.
- Coordinate internal resources including marketing, merchandising, and content.
- Optimize daily performance.
- Develop and implement consumer targeting strategies across different E-commerce channels.
- Monitor consumer profiles and performance, consolidating insights with the CRM team.
- Collaborate with key platforms on target consumer projects.
- Optimize and implement targeting methodologies.
- Coordinate with the digital team to build dedicated consumer targeting strategies.
- Work closely with E-commerce merchandising and content teams on strategy execution.
- Forecast and control the E-commerce media budget within the E-commerce P&L.
- Prepare the annual budget book and track budget spending regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Skills
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong integrity.
- Critical and creative mindset.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of working experience with at least 5 years in the E-commerce field. Experience in consumer goods industry preferred. Must have experience in third-party platform performance management. Digital marketing experience and ISV tool knowledge are a plus.
