Bvlgari E-Commerce Specialist

- Execute and monitor daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, payment validation, and fulfillment coordination.
- Liaise with logistics, Client Concierge, and boutique teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional client service.
- Manage product listings, inventory accuracy, and online product availability in collaboration with merchandising and supply teams.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional operations in coordination with the ECOM HQ team.
- Assist the E-Commerce Manager in preparing monthly and weekly sales forecasts based on product performance, traffic trends, and campaign calendars.
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure product and campaign alignment with sales targets.
- Monitor and report sales performance versus plan, highlighting opportunities or risks to management.
- Ensure packaging, gift wrapping, and delivery quality align with Bulgari’s luxury standards.
- Track and resolve operational issues such as order discrepancies, delivery delays, or returns.
- Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and internal systems.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Collaborate with IT and logistic teams to identify and implement automation or workflow enhancements.
- Act as the operational liaison between HQ, marketing, logistics, and Client Concierge teams.
- Prepare regular operational reports, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager in aligning operations with global and regional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for sales tracking and reporting.
- Attention to detail and organizational excellence.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Business-level English; Japanese proficiency preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or retail operations, with a focus on luxury or premium brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
