Bvlgari E-Commerce Specialist

- Develop and align the e-commerce strategy for Australia in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with monthly sales targets and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and personalization requests, ensuring operational excellence and timely dispatch.
- Manage e-commerce onsite operations, including planning and executing online events, testing and auditing the website, and optimizing on-site merchandising.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring a balance between brand equity and performance marketing.
- Execute and analyze regular reporting to provide insights into business performance, utilizing tools like GA4 to optimize traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated strategic and operational acumen in e-commerce environments.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic settings, ideally within FMCG or e-commerce sectors.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools such as GA4, Salesforce, PIM/DAM, and Google Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional adaptability and resilience in navigating a rapidly changing e-commerce landscape.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG or e-commerce sector. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous but not required.
