1. Determine and manage allocation for Regular and High-end watches across various sales channels, balancing revenue maximization with inventory control.
2. Develop and implement distribution strategies for new watch launches, considering market dynamics and customer segmentation.
3. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like Excel, SAP ECC/S4, and Power BI to inform decision-making and guide distribution strategy.
4. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and track key performance indicators to improve distribution effectiveness.
5. Provide support to Local Distribution Planning and Local teams by communicating product availability and recommending tailored distribution strategies.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and proactive information sharing.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Distribution Planning or Customer Service.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, MS Office, and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
4. Fluency in English; a second European language is beneficial.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
