1. Serve as the primary contact for all PR set and gifting orders globally, including VIP, HR, hotel gifting, brand ambassador initiatives, seniority prizes, and incentives.
2. Manage customer orders, including order entry, pricing verification, launch dates, delivery schedules, and backorder management.
3. Coordinate operational market activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and commercial requirements, while maximizing shipments and revenue.
4. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding stock availability, delivery dates, order status, and shipment details.
5. Collaborate with distribution planning, local administration, marketing, finance, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Address urgent customer requests promptly to meet deadlines and guarantee satisfaction.
7. Ensure deliveries meet company Key Performance Indicators, budget, and central instructions.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in distribution planning or customer service.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, MS Office, and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
5. Strong work ethic and professionalism.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
