Distribution Planner

Bulgari is a prestigious global player in the luxury market, designing, producing, distributing, and selling high-end jewels, watches, perfumes, and accessories. The company employs over 180 people in Dublin within its Global Logistic and Supply Chain Centre.

1. Serve as the point of contact for all PR set and Gifting orders worldwide, including VIP, HR, Hotel, Brand ambassador, Seniority Prizes, and Incentives.
2. Manage customer orders, including order entry, pricing checks, launch dates, delivery dates, and backorder management.
3. Coordinate operational market activities, ensuring progress and timely intervention when obstacles arise.
4. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding stock availability, delivery dates, order status, and shipment details.
5. Collaborate with Distribution Planning, Local Administration, Marketing, F&A teams, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Address urgent customer requests swiftly to meet deadlines and ensure satisfaction.
7. Ensure deliveries meet the company's Key Performance Indicators, budget, and central instructions.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Distribution Planning or Customer Service
2. Fluent in English; a second European language is beneficial
