Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales objectives and KPIs in alignment with company strategies.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results to enhance the Shopping @ Bvlgari experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained and restored with a client-centric approach.
- Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, functionality, and adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as the Store Manager during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Manage back-office duties in the absence of the Store Manager and Sales Administrator.
- Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures.
- Oversee After Sales Service requests, providing excellent service and recovery as needed.
- Organize and manage store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
- Coach and support the sales team to deliver a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Adhere to Internal Control and Compliance standards regarding store operations, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Ability to handle client concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
