1. Achieve individual sales targets and drive team sales to meet store objectives and KPIs in alignment with company strategies.
2. Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results to enhance the Shopping @ Bulgari experience.
3. Address and resolve client concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Maintain the store environment, ensuring safety, functionality, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Act as Store Manager during their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
6. Manage back office duties effectively in the absence of the Store Manager and Sales Administrator.
7. Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures.
8. Supervise after-sales service requests, providing excellent service and recovery.
9. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
10. Coach and support the sales team to deliver a unique and memorable shopping experience.
11. Adhere to internal control and compliance standards regarding store operations, inventory control, and cash handling.
12. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
