1. Lead the sales team by example, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and providing real-time coaching and feedback.
2. Cultivate a client-centric culture, ensuring an omnichannel approach and memorable client experiences.
3. Plan and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, develop action plans, and set personal targets.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, enhancing the client portfolio and promoting clienteling initiatives.
5. Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
6. Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures, including safety protocols.
7. Oversee daily store operations, including staff rotations, shifts, and holidays.
8. Monitor sales performance and retail KPIs, implementing action plans to drive business results.
9. Produce performance reports with qualitative insights.

1. At least seven years of experience in a sales role with team management responsibilities.
2. Proven managerial and coaching experience.
3. Strong commercial acumen and focus.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
