1. Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Support the Store Manager in identifying stock opportunities, analyzing market trends, and creating action plans.
3. Coach and train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
4. Address team complaints and requests with confidence and positivity.
5. Monitor team KPIs and plan daily huddles to reinforce engagement.
6. Prepare staff schedules and manage annual leave to ensure optimal store coverage.
7. Lead inventory management and coordinate with logistics and finance teams.
8. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain perfect retail standards.
9. Act as a role model in delivering exceptional client experiences and develop innovative clienteling strategies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury business and selling techniques.
2. Proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members.
3. Strong negotiation and business awareness skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM techniques and store operation applications such as Beanstore and SAP.
5. Excellent customer focus and proactive selling abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury retail industry is required.
