1. Lead by example in operations and client interactions.

1. Several years of experience in a sales role with team management responsibilities.
2. Managerial and coaching experience.
3. Strong commercial background and focus.
4. Fluent in German and English.
5. Knowledge of CRM techniques and tools (e.g., Beanstore, SAP).
