1. Drive business development by achieving personal sales targets and engaging in proactive sales activities both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Support the identification of stock opportunities and market trends, and assist in creating action plans.
3. Coach and train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising under the store manager's supervision.
4. Overcome team challenges and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CRM and sales.
5. Prepare staff schedules and manage leave to ensure optimal store coverage.
6. Lead inventory management and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store maintenance.
7. Coordinate daily customer service operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
8. Act as a role model in clienteling, delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong business relationships.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

5. Strong negotiation and business awareness capabilities.
