1. Drive business development by achieving personal sales targets and engaging in proactive sales activities both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Support the identification of stock opportunities and market trends, and assist in creating action plans.

4. Overcome team challenges and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CRM and sales.
