1. Drive business development by achieving personal sales targets and engaging in proactive sales activities both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Support the identification of stock opportunities and market trends, assisting in the creation of action plans.
3. Coach and train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising under the supervision of the Store Manager.
4. Address team complaints and requests confidently, and monitor team KPIs including CRM and sales metrics.
5. Prepare staff schedules and manage leave to ensure optimal store coverage.
6. Lead inventory management and ensure compliance with brand guidelines in store operations.
7. Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
8. Act as a role model in clienteling, delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong business relationships.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in sales and team management.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury business and market trends.
2. Strong selling and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM techniques and store operation applications such as Beanstore and SAP.
4. Excellent coaching and training abilities.
5. Customer-focused with proactive selling initiative.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity within the luxury retail industry is required.
