1. Assist the Store Manager in defining and implementing store-specific strategies aligned with the brand's overarching vision and business objectives.
2. Contribute to the analysis and elaboration of sales figures, KPIs, and objectives.
3. Support the execution of action plans based on the market calendar and store merchandising guidelines.
4. Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to optimize business opportunities and client experience.
5. Implement clienteling strategies to gather and utilize client feedback effectively, driving continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the Store Manager in building, leading, and developing a high-performing store team.
7. Provide support in coaching, training, and performance management to enhance team members’ growth and success.
8. Actively present on the floor to develop middle management team and ensure operational activities are delivered.
9. Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving store sales targets and optimizing store layout.
10. Monitor and control store expenses to ensure adherence to the budget and maximize profitability.
11. Act as the primary point of contact and assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
2. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

1. Knowledge of luxury business and store procedures.
2. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools.
3. GIA and FHH certification is highly preferred.

6 to 8 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
