1. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, adhering to company operating standards.
2. Lead the sales team by example on the sales floor.
3. Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
4. Support the Store Manager in proposing and implementing action plans to enhance results.
5. Assist with the Boutique’s Weekly trade report.
6. Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, functionality, and adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines in the Store Manager's absence.
7. Supervise After Sales Service requests, ensuring excellent service.
8. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
9. Assist the Store Manager with in-store training and team briefings.
10. Support the Store Manager and team in CRM efforts to develop loyal customers.
11. Assist with the induction of new joiners.
12. Aid in opening and closure procedures.
13. Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
14. Support store administrative tasks as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury business.
2. Proficient selling skills.
3. Expertise in CRM techniques and tools.
4. Familiarity with store procedures and processes.

A minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail management role is required.
