1. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, ensuring adherence to company operating standards.
2. Lead the sales team by example on the floor, driving performance and motivation.
3. Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to propose and implement action plans for improved results.
5. Contribute to the Boutique’s Weekly trade report.
6. Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, and compliance with product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines in the absence of the Store Manager.
7. Oversee After Sales Service requests, ensuring exceptional service.
8. Organize and manage store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
9. Assist the Store Manager with in-store training and team briefings.
10. Support CRM initiatives to develop and maintain a loyal customer base.
11. Aid in the induction of new employees.
12. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
13. Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
14. Provide administrative support as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury business.
2. Strong selling skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools.
4. Familiarity with store procedures and processes.
