1. Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to company operating standards.
2. Lead the sales team by example on the sales floor.
3. Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
4. Support the Store Manager in proposing and implementing action plans to enhance results.
5. Assist with the preparation of the Boutique’s Weekly Trade Report.
6. Ensure the store's maintenance, safety, and compliance with product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines in the Store Manager's absence.
7. Supervise After Sales Service requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
8. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
9. Assist the Store Manager with in-store training and team briefings.
10. Support the Store Manager and team in CRM activities to develop loyal customer relationships.
11. Aid the Store Manager with the induction of new employees.
12. Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing procedures.
13. Uphold uniform and grooming standards.
14. Provide support for store administrative tasks as needed.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury business.
2. Proficient selling skills.
3. Expertise in CRM techniques and tools.
4. Familiarity with store procedures and processes.
