1. Act as Store Manager in their absence, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Lead the sales team by example on the sales floor.
3. Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
4. Assist the Store Manager in proposing and implementing action plans to enhance results.
5. Contribute to the Boutique's Weekly trade report.
6. Ensure store maintenance, safety, and compliance with product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines in the absence of the Store Manager.
7. Supervise After Sales Service requests, ensuring excellent service.
8. Organize and manage store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
9. Assist in in-store training and team briefings.
10. Support CRM initiatives to develop loyal customers.
11. Aid in the induction of new employees.
12. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
13. Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
14. Provide administrative support as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury business.
2. Strong selling skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools.
4. Understanding of store procedures and processes.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
